Description:
Linear heat detector system combined with 3 parts, sensor cable, control unit and EOL Box.
Quick fire detection and easy to integrate in fire management systems.
Alarm temperature is 85℃.
Applications:
Linear heat detection systems are ideal in large areas, areas that are hard to access and hazardous areas, for instance:
Highway and subway tunnels, Underground infrastructure tunnels, Mining conveyor belts, Mining elevator shafts, Processing plants, Power generation plants, Petrochemical industry, Pumping motor rooms etc.
Others: cable trays, transformer galleries, etc.
Introduction of sensor cable part:
The sensor cable has a high impedance characteristic, outside both metal conductor with a insulation layer which is made from a special NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient)material, control unit can reflect the heat changing by monitoring the material resistance’s change. The resistivity shows a continual decrease with the increase of temperature. It will output a fire alarm signal if arrived the pre-alarm temperature.
The features of sensor cable:
● With a continuous sensitivety, the sensitivety does not change with the changes of environment temperature and the using length;
● If alarming in the range of safe temperature while the sensor cable is not damaged, it can be reused;
● The sensor cable with a shielded layer, it can be applied to strong electromagnetic interference places;
● The sensor cable has high extrusion sheath with a strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
● It is well suited for narrow, dangerous and other hazardous environments.

Signal control unit and EOL Box introduction:
The control unit is to monitor sensor cable’s signal changes and connected with fire alarm controller. Control unit has fire alarm and fault relay output. It can be not only used as a separate loop but also connected with fire alarm controller through input module.
Control unit continuous monitoring detection zone’s fire, open and short circuit, these signal displays on control unit’s panel, fire signal with red light, fault with yellow light.
Since the fire alarm lock function, it should be reset after the fire alarm triggered.
The functions of control unit :
●Control unit built-in high-performance MCU, adopts intelligent algorithm with high reliablility and stability;
●Control unit has multiple monitor functions, it monitors not only fire alarm but also sensor cable’s open and short circuit;
●Good compatibility, signal output adopts fire alarm and fault potential free contact combination, it can be conveniently connected with fire alarm system through input module;
●Strong anti-interference capability, adopts isolate test and software anti-interference technology, it can be applied to high electromagnetic interference places;
●Level of protection is IP66, anti-impact properties is IK10.
