Intelligent wireless temperature measurement device is suitable for high and low voltage from 0.4kV to 110kV, such as circuit breaker contact temperature measurement, busbar temperature measurement, busduct temperature measurement, transformer temperature measurement, cable joint temperature measurement, cable slot temperature measurement, etc. No need to open holes, no wiring, self-organization network, wireless transmission and reception throughout the whole process, up to 252 temperature measurement points can be received. It is also equipped with a fully user-friendly background temperature measurement system software to monitor temperature rise changes in real time, historical temperature data analysis and over-temperature alarms. The products are widely used in technical renovations or new power projects.

Technical principle

The wireless temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the surface or contact of high-voltage charged objects, such as the operating temperature of exposed contacts in high-voltage switchgears, busbar connections, outdoor knife switches , and transformer’s running temperature. The wireless temperature sensor is composed of a temperature sensor, a signal conditioning amplifier, a logic control circuit, and a wireless modulation interface (as shown in the figure below). The sensor sends the collected temperature signal to the intelligent wireless temperature measuring device through the wireless network.
