System Introduction:
AT-YG-KG/QR/BG Intelligent optical fiber temperature measuring device is designed for early prediction of the fault and fire which caused by aging insulation or poor contact on high voltage switch cabinet, knife-switch, cable joint, transformer and other high voltage electric power equipment. Switch cabinet, knife-switch, cable joint and transformer belong to high current, high voltage electrical equipment. The electrical environment is relatively bad (such as electromagnetic field radiation, surge, electric pulse with a high electromagnetic interference). Fiber optical with the characters of electric insulation, intrinsic safety and immune to electromagnetic interference, so the probe of sensor can be directly installed on the measuring point by direct contact method which directly monitoring breaker contact and abnormal temperature of cable joint to predict the fault and prevent electrical fire disaster.

Technical Principle:
The principle of intelligent optical fiber temperature measuring device is that after the fluorescent material excited by light with a certain wavelength, the excited radiation gives off fluorescent energy. After incentive withdrawal, the persistence of fluorescence afterglow depends on the properties of fluorescent substances, ambient temperature and other factors. This excited fluorescence is usually attenuated in an exponential fashion, the decay time constant is the fluorescence lifetime or the fluorescence afterglow time (ns). Under different ambient temperatures, fluorescence afterglow attenuation is also different. By measuring the fluorescence afterglow lifespan, the detector can accurately measure the environment temperature where the probe is located to achieve monitoring and alarm.
